Searching for info on Michael BUTLER, born in 1783 at Maidstone, Kent,
England. He married Elizabeth (possibly HACKETT) in 1808 at Gravesend and
died in 1863 at Chatham, Kent, Eng. He and Elizabeth had 10 children from
1809-1834. They were Michael, Martha, Eliza, Rebecca, Thomas, Jane, Mary,
William Staples, Ann Staples, and James John.
