I tried it and had a problem too. I got the message "Incorrect Skin.
Stopping". But I knew I had run the tutorials earlier. I recently
installed a firewall, and something about that was causing the tutorial
to not run. I tried modifying the firewall and nothing helped until I
shut it down all the way. You might see if you have cookies turned off,
or have a firewall setup that would keep the tutorials from running.

Hi Ron, I too have used those tutorials and they are very helpful. I
went to
the Bygones site today and was able to get them to work. However, in the
beginning, they took forever to load.
From Troy's answer, I now remember there are 2 ways to access Bygones. I
used
the >www.bygonessoftware.com< site and did not try the >
home.utah-inter.net/bygones/<. I had forgotten that one. So try again.
I have not used Bygones
enough to answer the other part of your questions. I do know that Troy
tries to
respond fairly quickly to questions and in that way gives good support.
