<< Sumpreme Court of Canada Circa 1820 records my ggggrand father Willie
"did wih force of arms, shoot two mares" one of which died of wounds.
The acused pleaded not guilty but a jury convicted him, he was
required to pay a 500 pound fine plus 10 pounds court costs.>>
I'm only an associate, so I might not get a vote, but this crime
impresses me. Shooting horses is a really tacky thing to do in any
society. And the family must have been mortified to see the matter
dragged all the way to the Supreme Court. I say let him in! :-D
