If it's the same statue, the angle certainly covers the 3rd figure from
either side. I do think that it's likely at Lincoln's tomb, going by the
design of the railing and state 'plaques' there.

Why, oh, why couldn't the site have posted a shot of the sculpture from a
straight-on angle showing all of the men??
Glad Sharon pointed out the phantom hand reaching out on the far side.
That was the only thing that convinced me that the statues are one and the
same! Good sleuthing, Sharon!!!
