There is an apparent desertion of family in there, so YES, you may use
IBSSG after your name.

During the May term 1856 Perry Circuit County Court session, Mary Jane was granted a divorce since Milton "became dissipated, squandered her property, neglected to make suitable provision for the maintenance of herself and infant children, and that he treated her cruelly and she further represents to the court that since her said marriage, she has become the mother of a daughter, Augusta Cesa Barnes". She also petitioned and was granted a name change for herself, back to Mary!
