This list will help you identify the belief symbols of the Vets whose graves
you visit: the officially recognized 'emblems of belief' that are found on
many Vetern headstones and memorial plaques can be found here:

In addition to the USA's popular religions, there are also emblems for
belief systems I never heard of before (Konky-Kyo Faith, Aaronic Order
Church, Soka Gakkai International - USA) and symbols for Atheists (a concept
model of an atom - why an atom? I don't know!), Humanist Emblem of Spirit,
and even a pentacle for Wicca believers. Much more inclusive than I would
have thought!
