Cool saying! Any others out there

If we were caught saying bad words we got our mouth
washed out with soap; so I used to say "horse puckie"

my younger brother got his mouth washed out once with
the "sweet heart " soap; Mom later caught him brushing
his teeth with it; his reply was "I like the taste"

My german boss in the Military always said that when something heavy hit
the ground.

Then he would pause and listen and we would ask "what for" and he would
say "The other shoe."

Nothing like mixed metaphors...
