Hi Iris
Sunnybank House was one of several " large" houses in Aberdare. Built for
the gentry, it was occupied in 1861 by a Richard Williams, gentleman, and
his servants.
It was situated about a mile from Aberdare town centre in Aberaman on land
between Sunnybank Street and Club Street. ( Club Street was known as Twenty
Houses in those days.) I don't know when it was demolished.
I think Aberdare library has the relevant plans for the area. The telephone
number for the library is 01685 885318
