Jon posted to the Monmouthshire list as well, and it
so happens that Ann (Jemima Ann) JONES is my
great-grandmother. Eliza definitely was born in
Stowey, SOM.
I've done the happy dance and have written to Jon off
list to share more! Pam Thornbury was kind enough to
look up the 1871 index more than a year ago and found
the same family - you are correct - it is the one he's
been looking for and I've sent him the info, and more.
