I am trying to trace an ancestor who gave her place of birth as Aberystruth in the 1851 census she was born around 1800.( Mary Davies) Could anyone tell me if the records office at Cwmbran has Parish Records or Bishops Transcripts for this time or area. I hope to come to Wales next month for a few days to a bit of research.
