Hi Folks,

Sid Hall here in Austin, TX. I haven't had much contact over the last
few years but do appreciate getting the updates from Brick Church. I
visited there about four or five years ago and have some great photos.
Here's my line through the Clapps. A few years ago I did some extensive
work and realized that some of the direct lines had gotten a little
mixed up in the Brick Church and Ancestry.com lists. As best as I can
tell--through looking at birth records and migration patterns to Indiana
and Iowa from NC, this list is pretty accurate. I hope this is helpful
to someone. This is how I have it:

Jorg "George" Valentine Klapp (Clapp) & Anna Barbara Stiess
John Philip Clapp & Barbara "Barbary" Clapp (dau. of Johann "John"
Ludwig Klapp & Anna Margretha Strader)
Valentine "Felty" Clapp & Maria Rogers [both migrated from Guilford Co,
NC to Clark Co, IN]
George Ludwig "Lewis" Clapp & Anna Margaretha "Peggy" Whiteman (dau. of
Mathias "Matthew" Sabastian Weidemann/Whiteman & Margaret Low/Lau) [both
migrated to from Guilford Co, NC to Clark Co, IN]
Mary "Hettie" Clapp & Noah Huett [she b. in Guilford Co, NC, mig. to IN,
and eventually to Lee Co, IA/ he b. in OH, mig. to IN, and eventually to
Lee Co, IA]
Lewis Huett & Clarinda Halferty [both born in IA]
Noah Tobias Huett & Nora Conlee [both born in IA]
Gladys Aleatha Huett & Sidney George Hall [she b. in IA / he in MO, both
mig. from IA to IN]
Sidney George Hall, Jr. & Julia A. Foster [he, b. in IA, mig. to IN /
she b. in IN]
Sidney George Hall, III (self) & Ronda D. Merrill [both b. in IN, mig.
to TX]

my children:
Rachel Hall
David Hall

Rachel and David are Jorg Klapp and Anna Stiess/Johann Klapp & Anna
Strader's great grandchildren X 8

I've also got a lot on the Weidemann/Whiteman family but have little or
nothing on the Rogers family or Low/Lau families. Would appreciate
anything folks have from those clans back then.

Thanks,
Sid Hall
