Subject: ITS AXBRIDGE - NOT AXMINSTER!!!
Date: Sat, 2 Oct 1999 08:55:54 +0100
SORRY EVERYONE!! - last message said Axminster, what I actually meant was
AXBRIDGE (Nr Cheddar) I knew it was too early in the morning for my brain
cells to be working!
Here it is again....
Does anyone have any recollection of a paint shop - probably in AXBRIDGE
Square - called Kelvyn King's? I need information for an article I am
writing. It was probably there after the war - maybe 1950, 60 or 70's, for
around 20 years.
Any further information, including dates, or recollections would be great,
and a photograph would be even better!! (for loan?!!) Does anyone remember
Mr King? (He is now 102 and still in good form!!)
Thanks in anticipation
