I don't have access to the 1891 census but I found the following on Free BMD


Marriage George Bryant to Isabella Frances Spragg June qtr 1875 Bristol
Vol 6a Page 21

Birth Sophia Bryant June qtr 1883 Barton Regis Vol 6a Page 130

Death Isabella Bryant age 38 Sep qtr 1894 Bristol Vol 6a Page 23

If these are the right ones Sophia would have been 11 when her mother died
