I cannot find the following:

HARTFIELD BOTTS and wife CHARLOTTE BOTTS.
Their son named HARTFIELD SAMUEL aged 3yrs is with his Granny Mary HOBBS at Kings Head, Back Street, Bristol.
They are somewhere also with another son William Henry born 1849.
I also cannot find them in the 1861 Census. I have them in the 1871, by then HARTFIELD BOTTS has died [in Stokes Croft], and so has their third child Alfred.
I also have them in the 1881 except for WILLIAM HENRY BOTTS, who doesn't seem to exist in that one. Was it fully transcribed?
HARTFIELD BOTTS the younger one, married in 1870 to a SARAH WILLIAMS, shortly afterwards she was found drowned.
By 1871 he had moved to Wales, and later married in 1878 to SARAH ANNIE POWLES in Monmouth.
HARTFIELD dies in 1890 aged 41 and in the 1891 census WILLIAM HENRY is living with his sister-in-law. She has a baby in 1892 named WILLIAM HENRY who dies either at or shortly after birth, in the same quarter. WILLIAM dies in
1899 aged 47yrs in Bristol, and SARAH BOTTS is then in the 1901 census still in Bristol where her daughter SARAH ANNIE later marries.

Any ideas of where to look?
