Hi there deli lovers:
Here in Los Angeles are two notable delis one called Factors the other
Juniors. My friend has a book out called, The Great Deli Cookbook, a
Voluptuous Adventure.
The recipes have everything from Kreplach and knishes to cabbage soup;
and more in between. I have personally bought three, 1 for myself and two as
gifts. I would recommend it to everyone who loves cooking deli foods.
Besides the recipes, the book is artistically beautiful. Write me and
I'll put you in touch. The price, if I remember correctly is $20.00, hard
cover.
