Excuse Me!!!!! Blaming the Victim Here!!!! I don't care how "bad" the neighborhood is ...I live in a neighborhood that is slowly but surely being gentrified...however..there are still drugs in my neighborhood and if the cops shoot some young man in my mixed neighborhood down, i would not want to hear the "Law Abiding Manner" line....sounds to me like Dr. Stawl was behaving in law-abiding manner and he still went through a very bad situation.....

Also, if all or most individuals would behave in a law abiding manner there
would be no bad neighborhoods and officers of the law would not act as if
they feared for their lives.
