Would anyone on the list have acces, live near or be in the vacinity of
University Ave. in the Bronx?
I do not remember the address of the building I last lived in , when I
lived in the Bronx in 1939-1940. I do know that it was on the W side of
the street..N or the VA hospital and there seems to be a park or
something across the street ( at least in my memory). At least at that
time there were no buildings.
The apartment building was on the corner or next to that one of a
street that dead ended on Aquaduct about a block or two S of Kingsbridge
Rd. ( I have NO idea what that street name is) where I went to
Kindergarten, and a few blocks N or St Nicholas of Tolentine on Fordham
Rd. I thought the addrfess was 2549 or something close to that but the
records say no such number.
Since this would be in the genealogy of my family at to the location of
family lst known address I hope someone can help.

I'd like to be able to get a tax photo of the building if possible. I
know the apartment buildings all looked alike as I beleive they were
all built at the same time. I did get a chance to go by there in 1988,
when I was in NYC for a funeral, but couldn't get out of the car to see
the number on the building.

If anyone can help I will appreciate it.
