I live and work in Brooklyn but, of course, was raised in the Bronx and
forever
consider myself a Bronxite.

I work in Bay Ridge. There is a lot of bigotry in the area, and nearby too.
They now call Bay Ridge Beirut. There's a major mosque going up
right in the middle of an Italian enclave. Neighborhood transformations
have always been and always will be. It's time to enjoy the diversity.
