Hello list,
Although I have limited time, I have been trying to help out when I can
with census look-ups. But, I have noticed for quite a while now that I
don't always get all the mail from the list. I don't always get my own
replies responding to others asking for information in my inbox and
wonder if the requester ever got the information they were seeking. I
also see replies from others where I never saw a request from the
original requester to begin with.
This evening I sent another response to the list as a forward because I
never saw it come into my inbox and wanted to make sure the requester
got the information. Then it hit me! Hey, check the archives. There
was my repsonse as well as responses from the requester (hi Audrey)
thanking me for my help with two of her requests that I also never
received (dated today).
Hope I'm making sense, but also wonder if anyone else has been having
this problem. I'm trrying to decipher whether this is a "list" problem
or my mail server is the problem. I am leaning towards a list problem
because I have never missed receiving any mail from friends or family on
my other e-mail account which is on the same server (beleive me, I would
have heard about it if I hadn't responded to them).
Thanks for any and all replies that should probably be sent to me "off
list".
Luana
