Nancy,
I tried an all states search as well, but do not find this Stanley WORTH
listed in the 1930 index, which is an every name index. It could be the
spelling of WORTH that is different in 1930, altho I used soundex I did not
find a match.

Note his birthplace listed in the CADI is RE, which would mean he was born
somewhere other than the USA, so perhaps he had not immigrated by 1930 yet.
