The CORNISH Volunteer Lookup Library has been updated.

Highlights:

Updated exchange rates for ordering Cornish Listpins (or early in
time for Delwelans).
The OPC list has been updated*.
A new book has been added to the library (thank you, Sandy)
Many email addresses have been updated.
There are new links to the IGI and OPC lists

*I have the OPC list in an excel file (sortable). If anyone is
interested, email me privately.
