I know that Sarah Emery (who you asked for) didn't die in Santa Clara
County, but her son and his wife did....so here are their death cert
transcriptions:

EMERY? She was born 2 September 1841 in Westborough, Worcester County,
Massachusetts. She was living with her oldest son, Arthur Lowell EMERY, in
Palo Alto per the 1910 Census. I just found out that she died in 1912
according to her former husband's, George F. EMERY, Civil War Pension
Records. They were divorced in 1883. They had 3 other sons: George Henry
EMERY, Clarence Belknap EMERY, and Edward Winslow EMERY.
