I contacted the so. cal gen. society and they have a person that does lookups in the Los angeles times and the Burbank/glendale newspapers. they charge $10.00per hour,plus copying+ postage. I found another person but they charge $10.00- $15.00 per obit. I have gotten 4 obits. from them within the hour timeframecharge.
