Chernabaeff, Anna M. - Services will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday in the United
Christian Molokan Church of Shafter for Anna M. Chernabaeff, 54, 2914 West
Lerdo Hwy., Shafter, who died May 18 in a Bakersfield hospital. Pastor Fred
Valov will officiate and interment will follow in the family plot at the
Shafter Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Chernabaeff was a native of California and was
born September 25, 1917, and had lived in Shafter all her life. She was a
homemaker for over 32 years and was an active member in the United Christian
Molokan Church. Survivors include the widower, George S. Chernabaeff, Sr.; two
sons, George S., Jr. and Dennis, both of Wasco; two daughters, Mrs. Phyllis
Doff of Wasco and Mrs. Tanya Koretoff of Madera; six brothers, NickSiliznoff
and Mike Siliznoff of Wasco, Bill Siliznoff of Santa Maria, Pete Siliznoff of
Los Angeles, Alex Siliznoff of Wasco and Bill Siliznoff of Los Angeles; six
sisters, Mrs. Stella Bolderoff, Mrs. June Shubin, Mrs. Vera Bibieff, Mrs.
Nadine Volkoff, Mrs. Anna Tickenoff, all of Los Angeles and Mrs. Jinnie Slivkoff
of Wasco. Mish Funeral Home, Shafter.
