HAYS, Nola S. - Graveside service will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park
Saturday at 10:30 a.m. for Nola Hays, 57, 1408 Ridgeview Street, who died April
23 in a Bakersfield hospital. The Rev. Jim Kephart, Pastor of Town and
Country Baptist Church, will officiate. Mrs. Hays born in Wilbur, Ark., resided in
Bakersfield 39 years. Mrs. Hays was a member of Town and Country Baptist
Church. The family said contributions may be made to the Nola S. Hays Memorial
Fund at the church. Mrs. Hays is survived by the widower, Alex; a daughter,
Virginia Horton of Jacksonville, Ark.; 2 sons, Roger Busby of Escondido and
James R. Hays of Bakersfield; a brother, Jack L Lowrey of Fair oaks, and 4
grandsons.
