Estelle N. Degner, 91

Graveside funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. in
the West Side District Cemetery for Estelle N. Degner, 91 of 115 Eastern Ave.
Pastor Carl McEnroe of the Community Christian Fellowship will officiate at
the services.
Mrs. Degner was born in San Francisco July 5, 1895 and died Saturday in
Taft.
She married Herman C. Degner May 26 1917 and they made their home in
Beverly Hills for many years before moving to Clear Lake in the late 1950s. They
moved to Taft in October 1971, seven days before Mr. Degner died.
She has lived with a close friend Olivia Ecklund since the death of her
husband, and leaves no living relatives. Surviving her are close friends the
Ecklund family, the Brock family and the Ogborn family.
The funeral services are under the direction of the Erickson & Brown
Funeral Home.
