Thursday, August 15, 1957

David L. Kelsay, 37, of Redding, died yesterday after
a long illness. He was born March 6, 1920, in
Seattle, but spent most of his life in Redding and
French Gulch. He was a member of the Odd Fellows and
Redbud Rebekah lodges of French Gulch.

Kelsay leaves his wife, Helen L., a son, Steven, and a
brother, Ernest, all of Redding.

Services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at
McDonald's chapel with the Rev. James H. Cady
officiating. Lodge graveside services will follow in
French Gulch.
