I am trying to locate a death registration on a lady named REBECCA LAWSON all I have among the families private papers is that she died on 25 Feb 1882 San Francisco. I do not know if the area is California. Rebecca was visiting America when she died. In Australia most death registrations have the parents names Rebecca's were William and Sarah.

We are positive she died in America ut I need to confirm her burial as there is a memorial plaque here in Australia and not one family member has come across anything confirming she was brought home for burial.

I would appreciate any help.
