Hello again Bobette,

The National Genealogical Society's library has *The Genealogist*. They will
loan out to NGS members. Looks like the shipping is $10 for 2 books (plus
return posteage). PCGS belongs to NGS, so you might be able to have PCGS
borrow it for you, or I personally am willing to get it for you as I am an
NGS member.

Or you can use the NGS photocopying service. It costs $1.25, plus 25 cents
per page for NGS members. There is an extra $5 surcharge for non-members,
but again I can get it for you at the member rate. They probably will not
photocopy the entire artice due to copyright, but they probably can do a few
pages.
