Still room in the Roots Magic Database Class beginning 26 October..




Folsom Cordova Adult Education Presents:

Roots Magic Family History Database--a seven week course in the
district's brand new computer lab in Rancho Cordova. The lab features
built-in computer projection on a large screen for easy viewing and
individual state-of-the-art computers. Class will be held on Tuesdays
from 10 to 12:00 beginning 26 October.


If you are looking for a good database, are struggling with your present
database or want to see what the program will do, this is a class for
you.

Roots Magic is the easiest of all software programs to learn and yet
allows the user to create custom reports, a feature not found on many
other software programs. The main screen is simple, does not distract,
and icons are easy to use. There is a 'to do list' for each individual.
For every event you add there is an icon for notes, sources and scanned
images.

Roots Magic is the only software I know of that allows you to quickly
produce a 'web site' of your family information in Pedigree format with
group sheets and photos for each individual.

This class may not be offered if we cannot quickly round up at least 10
students.
