The CADI shows a James LOTTA b. 19 April 1882, IL. d. Alameda Co. 18
October 1954.

With this info you can order a death certificate from Alameda County
or State of CA which may reveal parents names and possibly name of
second wife.

You may also request an obituary search from the Oakland Public
Library which could provide additional family info.

Good luck in your search.
