Checked the on-line C.A.D.I., and looks like she is not listed, you might want check out this site maybe they can help you. http://www.ngsgenealogy.org/libama.htm
I do not how good they are and how compleat their records are.

He was married to Emma Wickstrom about 1913, place unknown. They may have had a son in about 1914. Emma may have had a daughter from a previous marriage, possibly born in South Dakota. Emma Wickstrom was born in Finland and was practicing medicine on the 1930 Census. She survived the car accident in 1943. Do not know when she died.

Enoch Martin Cox was also a Spanish-American soldier.
