DEATH
The funeral of Tom O'Brien who was killed on 11/1/06 was held on Sunday,
11/4/06 at the Catholic Church. He was electrocuted in a mine at Angels
Camp. He was the youngest son of Mr. & Mrs. James O'Brien who live about 5
miles below Plymouth.

Mrs. Perry Sherman, formerly of Plymouth, now of El Dorado, died of typhoid
(no date) after an illness of several weeks.

Frank Mastagni, a native of Italy, aged 25 years, died Sunday, evening,
11/4/06. He was employed by El Dorado Lumber. He fell from a train on the
company line above the cable.

BORN
Peter Podesta and wife, in this city, on 11/4/06, a son.

MARRIED
Andrew Lee McCament and Cora English Culbert in Los Angeles on 10/27/06. The
bride is the sister of County Clerk Culbert and well known in Amador County.

DEATH
Tom O'Brian (note-spelling is different) in Angels, CA on 11/1/06. Beloved
son of Mr. & Mrs. James O'Brian. Native of this country, aged 19 years, 2
months and 15
days.

WEDDING
Last Sunday, 11/4/06, Miss Marie Brescia and James Phillips at the home of
the bride's mother in Jackson. She is the only daughter of Mrs. Andrea
Brescia, born and raised in Amador County.
