Hello List,

Yes, I'm still around, and I help when I can.

I'm still looking for my gg grandfather William Jasper Maroon's grave, and
his granddaughter Belle Temby. They both died at the same time in 1895. He
was living close to, but not in Ione, between Lancha Plana and Ione. The
undertaker had his business in Iodi which I though was odd because lodi is
not what I would call local.

Its easy for us researchers to remember the sacrifices made by our ancestors
this weekend. Little did I know when I first started with my research. I'm
flying our flag this weekend with a lot of pride, and a renewed commitment
to find and tell their story.
