The name of the book is
"Two Centuries of Brothersvalley" Church of the Brethren - 1762 - 1962 by H. Austin Cooper.
Some Cable genealogies are listed. I purchased my copy at the Somerset Co. Historical Society , in Somerset, PA., perhaps ten years ago. I do not know if they still have them.
I could not find the information about Abraham loaning the money, but I did hear that story.
