Since I've had several replys to this query, thought I'd fill in the blanks and share what I've come up with, so we're not repeating things! Thanks everyone. John Blair

1. ADDIE BELL3 BENNETT (JOHN WESLEY2, HIRAM F.1) was born October 05, 1880 in Butte Co. California, and died September 28, 1962 in Alameda Co. CA. She married (1) CHARLES HARRIS OVERTON June 06, 1900 in Butte Co. California. He was born June 1875 in California. She married (2) FRANK D. PENNINGTON Abt. 1914. He was born July 05, 1880 in Michigan, and died February 02, 1950 in Alameda Co. CA.
Notes for CHARLES HARRIS OVERTON:

On the 1880 Chico, Butte Co. Census as a child of H.C. & Morich Overton

California Online Death Records shows him born 6/27/1875, and dying on 1/1/1942 in Butte Co. , obviously a divorce???

1900 Census with the John W. Bennett family

1910 Census, next door neighbors of mom & dad (J.W. Bennett) Names as appears as Harry (short for the middle name Harrison?) 2 children, Percy & Horace

1930 Oakland, Alameda Co. CA ED 200, (Brooklyn Twnshp) HH 204 Stepson living with them Percy R. Overton, age 26
