I find the family in the 1860 Butte Co. census. Of course Lizzie isn't born yet. Let me know if you want that info. Census info. is so easy to get now. I find the family in 1880 in Oroville, Lizzie is 17 then.
I don't find a Delayed Birth Record for her. She would have died before that started.
Do you know if she ever married? I'm assuming she didn't since you don't mention it.
The only McMillan I find in Oroville cemetery is George 1857-1908.
I will also assume you know about the seven McMillan's buried in Oak Grove Cemetery (AKA Swede's Flat, Hurlton) There is a Lizzie Sehorn 1863-1925 buried there. Perhaps she is your Lizzie?
I looked for a Sehorn male in the voter records for 1884-1890, and didn't find one. I also checked for Sehorn births to see if I could find this Lizzie by her maiden name, but didn't.
Of interest is that Alexander McMillan has two dates of death listed. He was thought to be dead, and while making burial arrangements, they discovered he was still alive. He died two days later 10 Feb 1894. He was buried in Evansville Cemetery. I believe most of the people buried there were moved to Upham Cemetery. Those records are available online on the Butte County site of cagenweb.
