The only items I can see in county records are that a Jacob E. Anderson 6/18/1866-3/29/1954 (which matches the age of the 4 year old J. Anderson in the 1879 census) is buried in Peoples Cemetery in San Andreas. There was also a Martha Mitchell married on 11/26/1894 to Luke Sanguinetti.
There was a land patent recorded on 7/25/1872 for A.R. Anderson MD, Township 0020N, Range 0100E, Section 025 DOCID 420 and another one for a Margaret S. Mitchell on 7/20/1908 Township 0060N, range 0140E, section 023, DOCID 5502 and a land patent for S. H. Prather on 1/15/1863 for MD, Township 0030N, Range 0090E, Section 024, DOCID 618
