If any of you lived or were around Berkeley between
1962-1992, you will, remember him. He was the man who
would stand, on the his corner, Grove, now Martin
Luther King Jr. near Ashby, and wave to people as they
when by, well he died last at the age of 91 years.
There will be a memorial service this, Friday, at 11
am at the McGee Avenue Baptist Church, 1640 Stuart
St., Berkeley, and the public is invited.
