I'm looking for information regarding Fred Louis JAMES, b. 16 Sep. 1880, MO, d. 7 Apr. 1951, Contra Costa Co., CA. According to the California Death Index, his mother's maiden name was SMITH. I'm wondering if he was the same Fred JAMES that was the son of Isaac Francis JAMES and Celia SMITH who was born in 1880, Callaway Co., MO?
