Richard Morgan

COTTONWOOD -- Visitation for Richard Lee Morgan, 74, of Cottonwood will be
from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Anderson's Chapel in Anderson.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the chapel.

The Rev. Dennis Benfield will officiate.

Burial will follow at Cottonwood Cemetery.

Mr. Morgan died Wednesday, June 28, 2006, at the Veterans Hospital in Palo
Alto.

Born Oct. 12, 1931, in Cottonwood, he returned to Shasta County in 1989 from
San Francisco.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and was a systems analyst for
Southern Pacific Railroad.

Survivors include brother Billy of Cottonwood; and sister Betty Hesterberg of
Bozeman, Mont.

Arrangements are being handled by Anderson's Chapel in Anderson.
