Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Clara Papenhausen, 73, will be held at 11:30 AM Wednesday in the Stephens Memorial Chapel. She died Saturday in her home at 1677 North Cornella Avenue.

A native of Stillwater, Minn., Mrs. Papenhausen lived in Fresno the past 17 years, moving here from Kansas. Her husband, John, is a grape and cattle rancher.

Mrs. Papnehausen was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church. She and her husband observed their 41st wedding anniversary in June.

Beside her husband, Mrs. Papenhausen is survived by a son, J. Howard Papenahusen of Fresno; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Fragus of Newark, Alameda County; three sisters, Mrs. Agnes Running of Fresno and Mrs. Dora Johnston and Esther Palmer of Stillwater; two brothers, George Palmer of Berkeley and Lawrence Palmer of Stillwater, and five grandchildren.
