Cagle List,
I checked "Cagle Census Records Of The South, 1860 to 1910," by John G.
Cagle and did not find a Joseph Cagle in AR that matches the Joseph G. Cagle
of the 1900 Coweta GA Census. Perhaps he had already moved to another
state before 1860.

While you Cagles researchers are looking. I have a George Cagle and family
who was last seen in Fannin Co., TX in 1880. The 1880 Soundex shows:

George Cagle 56 NC
Malinda 43 MO
Henry 18 MO
Belle Smith 14 MO adopted-listed as Louise in 1870 census
Wm. Caine 2 MO grandson

This family came to Txas from New Madrid Co. MO. Does anyone know what
happened to them?

Thanks,

David
