Heather:

Your last e-mail message was addressed to "CAHUMBOL-L" only. I don't
know whether you were intending it to me or to someone else!

My Wimer message was meant for Patricia, but I also put it on this
list, or all to see. I believe, from Marilyn Milota's book, that George
Wimer died in Garberville and is buried in the Garberville Cemetery.
Although two of us locals are currently photographing all of the grave
sites and headstones in he county, we probably won't get to the
Garberville cemetery in the near future. I have friends in Garberville
who are amateur genealogists also, perhaps one of them can look for you.

I do not know what name Isabella went by, the people in the family that I have talked to refered to her as '"Grandma King"' or '"Grandpa King's Mother"'. Isabella was only married to George Wimer for a few years and they lived in Humbolt (sic) Co., CA. When he died she moved back to Lake City where she died in 1907. Do you know were George Wimer was burried (buried)? Your email is, so far, the only Wimer info I have, except what I wrote in my first posting. I would like to think that we are getting close to connecting your family and mine. Please let me know when you have more information.
