I checked a week or more of the Times-Standard and found no further news articles or obits. Since he was listed as living in Myers Flat I tried the weekly paper from Fortuna called the Humboldt Beacon, no luck there either. If you get the death certificate it will give you the dispostion of the body, and perhaps more information about the accident. I could try calling the local mortuaries to see if they have any record of him, what do you think??
