I find three close matches in a local index. All surnames spelled
"PERROTT," with given names of William., living in that area.

There is a William , married to Sarah Jane, he was 38 years old, born
in California.

Sarah was 24 years old, born in Iowa.,

There was a William Henry, 4 years old, born California.

And, William M.., born in Michigan
