Creek Baptist Church

Daniel Cain Sr. Born 8 Dec 1768, died 29 May 1859
Elizabeth Cain Wife of Daniel, died 12 Aug 1856 84 years
Sarah A. Cain Wife of John L. Cain, born 9 July 1832, died 1 Sep 1857, 25
years 1 month 22 days.
Mary Cain Born 28 Apr 1805, died 17 Jan 1877. Married 1st Samuel
Little and 2nd Samuel Holeman

1799 deed Henry Speer of Surry County, N.C. lets Daniel Cain of Rowan
County, N.C. have 221/2 acres on south bank of Dutchman's Creek. This is now
in Dabie
County. This wea part of the 400 acres granted by the State to Henry Speer

1828 deed Daniel Cain out of love to his son Thomas H. Cain of Rowan county
911/2 acres on south bank of Dutchman's creek. Out of love to his son
William Cain 186 acres on both sides of Dutchman's Creek. Out of love to his
son Anderson Cain, 114 acres both sides of Dutchman's Creek.
