Hello!

I'm new to the list and am trying to help a friend.
Her gt. grandfather was an Apache indian whom she swears must have never
existed since she has spent so many years trying to find him. His name was
RICHARD TIFT, he had a daughter,
Margaret Ann (her grandmother) and at one time, they lived in Bakersfield.
She is trying to get me a time period as it is difficult without knowing
about when they were there.

Any advice or suggestions would truly be appreciated. If you knew this
lady, you'd know why......
