There is no such place to look this up other than the Hall of Records in
Bakersfield. Deaths in CA were not required to be reported until July 1905.
Some counties do have records prior to that date, but they are sparse and
incomplete. Kern is one of those counties. I am going to the Hall of Records
this coming week and will be happy to check for the exact date. Is there
anything else from the record you want to know? I might as well get it all at
once.
