Ory, Catherine L. - Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today at The Hopson Mortuary Chapel and requiem mass will be said at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic church for Catherine L. Ory, 79, 3107 Hillburn Road, who died July 9 in a Bakersfield hospital. Rev. Antonio Gonzalez will officiate and interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mrs. Ory was a native of Louisiana and came to Bakersfield from Lake Charles, Louisiana 14 years ago. Survivors include her husband, Palmer; three daughters, Edith Meyer and Evelyn Phibbs of Bakersfield and Mildred Minton of Lakehead; one grandchild and one brother Alton C. Schultz of Kenner, Louisiana. The Hopson Mortuary
